Complete this form when a potential lead shows interest in property management from HRG. Upon submission, the form will be received by the Business Development Team, who will follow up with the lead, and when the PMA is executed, the property will be entered with the referring Property Manager's details.
When HRG receives the first month's rent, the referring Property Manager is entitled to receive an incentive of one-month's management fees. Within 14 days, Accounting will process and send the referring Property Manager their incentive. Please contact your manager with any questions.
